<p>Mobile banking is a service provided by banks to provide value and convenience both customers. However, the successful implementation of mobile largely depends on how much customers are fully motivated adopt it. Thus, this study recognizes need examine factors that could predict use using such system contribute increasing intensity The conceptual model uses extended UTAUT2, including price value, hedonic motivation, habit. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire survey 137 respondents. Partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) employed for analyzing data. showed behavioral intention habit significantly positively influenced motivation.
